Aldo D'Errico, Sommelier and Director of the restaurants of the Grand Hotel Quisisana in Capri, is not only a wine expert, but a real collector. His cellar boasts over six hundred labels from all over the world – a true oenological treasure that reflects his passion for the nectar of Bacchus. International wines of great fame are flanked by prestigious labels from Campania – the result of careful research, which has brought to light small wineries of particular value. Tuscany and Piedmont are well represented, with a vast choice of renowned labels. But France is not missing, in all its facets, with particular attention to Champagne. The Quisisana, in fact, boasts the first Krug Room in Italy, where it is possible to taste the most famous Champagne in the world by the glass.
